Data collected
This site is a showcase; it collects no data without your knowledge. Only two features process information: the contact form, which gathers what you enter voluntarily (name / organisation, email address, subject and message), and the Smart agent, which processes the questions you ask it in order to answer them.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and the authors' legitimate interest in responding to those who get in touch.
Retention period
Your messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for twelve months before deletion. Exchanges with the Smart agent are not kept beyond the session.
Recipients
The information sent is intended solely for the authors and any publishing partners directly concerned. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). The Smart agent is published by the same data controller and served from protein-keystone.com; the questions put to it are processed by an artificial-intelligence engine in order to produce the answer. As the contact form is not yet active, no email-routing provider is in use to date.
Dead drop
Leaving a message requires no account and collects no personal data. The content is encrypted in the browser before it is sent — technically unreadable for the publisher and the host alike — then destroyed on reading, on the third wrong code, or at the latest seventy-two hours after deposit. For the sole purpose of capping deposits and preventing abuse, the vault (Missive, Keystone OS, Cloudflare Workers) keeps anonymous, dated technical counters based on a non-reversible hashed device fingerprint — never the plain IP address, never the content.
Cookies
This site sets no cookie and uses neither advertising trackers nor audience-measurement tools. The Smart agent stores a conversation identifier and your language choice in your browser's session storage, both erased when the tab is closed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: contact@protein-keystone.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
